Return Policy’s validity
Product can be returned within 2 days to 5 days from the date of receipt. At the time of return the product, must be in the original packing & condition.
Defective, damage or Incorrect Item
- Contact our Customer Service Representative at +91 22 66262300 or mail us at [email protected] and receive your return authorization.
- If product received is damaged, defective or wrong item was shipped from our end, customer will receive a full refund including shipping cost for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures.
- To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us unopened (unless the item was received by customer in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packing with all the accessories, within 2 to15 days from the date of receipt. Customer must also follow the Return Procedures specified below.
- We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by customer in a damaged or defective condition.

- For all returns other than damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items, customer will be responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item(s).
- To obtain customer’s refund, item must be returned to us, unopened and in its original packing with all the accessories within 2 to 5 days from the date of receipt of items. Customer must also follow the Return Procedures specified below.
Return Procedure
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email [email protected] within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Also provide your bank details for refund.

When Refund Amount are Provided?
After a through audit of the return – reason, condition of product, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount at the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 10-15 business days of us receiving the products.
Return Will Not Accepted under Following Conditions
- Used products
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
- Free Product provided by brand.
